I’m Morgan, a late 20 something, average girl, just struggling to keep up with my health.
I read a lot and have a pretty good education (I’m a chiropractor). Even so, I find that I’m continually frustrated with eat this, drink that, and do this program. Why do I find that I’m always behind the eight ball?
Anyways, like I said, I’m a chiropractor and do a lot of research for my patients. That being said, I figured I’d throw up everything I find on the internet, in case it helps other people. In no way is this medical advice, but instead, a treasure trove or electronic garbage can of my findings.
